Jonathan Freidin Named to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s “40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of South Florida” List
Freidin Brown, P.A. is pleased to announce that our very own Jonathan Freidin has been included in the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s “40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of South Florida” List, which recognizes outstanding young lawyers in South Florida. As part of accepting this distinction, he will be raising money to help the Foundation reach its goal of controlling and curing cystic fibrosis. He and his fellow recipients will be honored at a special upcoming dinner.
More than ten million Americans are symptomless carriers of the gene responsible for cystic fibrosis, a devastating genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system. While there is not yet a cure for cystic fibrosis, advances in treatment have made it possible for people to live longer, happier lives. Sixty years ago, children with the disease usually did not live long enough to attend elementary school, but today, the average life expectancy for people with CF has dramatically increased to 40 years. While this is great progress, it is not enough. We encourage you to make a difference in the lives of those with cystic fibrosis by making a donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
