Freidin Brown, P.A. is proud to announce that lawyers Jonathan Freidin and Gregory d’Incelli were all selected for the prestigious Rising Stars℠ list, while Philip Freidin and Joel Brown were selected for the Super Lawyers® list this year, in recognition of their exceptional work.
Super Lawyers® chooses lawyers through a special patented selection process, relying on peer nominations and evaluations, which are then combined with independent research. Lawyers cannot nominate themselves or campaign for their nominations. Once in the candidate pool, lawyers are evaluated based on 12 indicators, including verdicts and settlements, experience, special licenses and certifications, honors and awards, their position within a law firm, and their professional activity. Candidates who receive the highest scores serve on the Blue Ribbon Panel and evaluate other candidates within their primary area of practice. Lawyers are selected annually and on a state-by-state basis, and only 5 of lawyers from each state make it to this list.
The selection process for Rising Stars℠ uses the same rigorous patented method, but to qualify, lawyers must be 40 or younger and have been in practice for 10 years or less. Only 2.5 of lawyers from each state are selected, also making this a rare achievement.
